Pick this 4-inch Defender D4 swivel when a damp chemical-area cart must steer on a strong wheel with no bearing upkeep.
The swivel head guides the cart through tight, sanitary spaces, with a 3.375-inch swivel radius to allow, and the heavy-duty glass-filled nylon wheel takes heavy point loads while resisting chemicals and moisture without absorbing water. The Delrin plain bearing runs grease-free and corrosion-proof, which keeps the working load lighter than the wheel alone could carry but suits sprayed-down bays. The stainless steel frame handles corrosion. Glass-filled nylon is hard with no cushioning and can scratch a soft floor. This is the grease-free strong-wheel steering caster for clean, damp areas on hard flooring. It serves from -20 to 180°F.
