Put this 6-inch Defender D4 swivel on a sterilization or retort cart that steers fast through steam and high heat, clearing thresholds.
The swivel head guides the cart through tight processing spaces, with a 4.875-inch swivel radius to allow, and the blue hi-temp retort polypropylene wheel rides through autoclave and food-processing retort cycles where heat and steam would soften an elastomer, holding to 250°F and resisting sterile-processing chemicals. The pedestal precision ball bearing keeps both wheel and swivel turning smoothly on faster, frequent trips, and the taller 6-inch wheel clears door tracks and joints with the least effort, on a stainless steel frame for wash-down service. The wheel is hard with no cushioning and can mark a soft floor. It serves from -45 to 250°F.
