The tread is Colson Endura solid elastomer, a grey non-marking compound made for rough duty that resists tearing and chunking on coarse concrete. With no pneumatic chamber and no soft cushion, it will not go flat or develop a flat spot under a parked load, and it stays serviceable from -45 to 230°F.
