Choose this 2-inch Faultless swivel with a tread lock brake when a light cart needs to roll quietly and then stay put while someone works at it.

The tread lock brake adds the hold: a pedal presses a shoe against the rubber tread to stop the wheel from rolling, so a parked cart holds its spot while the swivel still turns for repositioning. The soft rubber wheel cushions the load and runs quietly across concrete, the plain bearing keeps it economical for light duty, and the swivel steers with a 1.9375-inch radius to allow. The zinc-plated frame handles general indoor service rather than wash-down. It serves from -45 to 180°F.
