Set this 3-inch grey rubber rigid on a fixed corner of a low stock dolly that needs a quiet, non-marking roll.

The grey rubber tread is non-marking and cushions the load, rolling quietly over a finished floor and leaving no scuff lines, which is why the 400 Series suits dollies, store fixtures, hotel trucks, and tool boxes. As a rigid caster it holds a straight line and does not swivel, so paired on the back corners it keeps a cart tracking true. It runs on a precision ball bearing, sits low at a 3-13/16-inch mount height, bolts on a 2-15/16 by 4-1/8-inch zinc top plate, and holds from -40 to 180°F.
