About This Caster - GD-100F
Choose this 75mm leveling caster for a heavier machine or cabinet that has to be rolled into place and then planted dead-level, where the bigger wheel and foot pad carry more than the compact version.
Like all Foot Master leveling casters it does two jobs: roll it on the nylon wheel to move the machine, then turn the threaded foot pad down to lift the wheel and set the machine on a solid level pad. The 75mm wheel and larger pad take a heavier load than the 50mm, and the nylon wheel handles warm rooms to 194°F. It puts mobility and leveling in one mount under bigger equipment.
Ideal applications
- Heavier machinery repositioned then leveled in place, shop floor
- Larger cabinets and equipment that must sit level and not rock, sealed concrete
- Bigger gear moved for layout or cleaning then planted, multi-shift
Skip the 75mm if the machine is light and a smaller mount will do; the 50mm GD-60F suits lighter equipment.
