About This Leveling Caster - GD-100F
Put this Foot Master GD-100F under production machines and short conveyor sections that need to be wheeled into a line and then anchored level for accurate, steady running.
The leveler does both jobs in one part: the 75mm nylon wheel rolls the machine to its spot, then the foot turns down to lift the wheel and seat the equipment on an anti-vibration pad that holds the line level and stops it from walking under motion. The GD-100F is an upper-mid tier with a 95mm by 95mm top plate sized for heavier production frames than the 80F. The larger nylon wheel rolls easily for repositioning and resists chemicals, and the foot pad keeps the machine planted and damped once it is cranked down. It serves from 14°F to 194°F.
