Specify this 3-inch swivel for low or under-counter medical equipment on a threaded leg that has to lock dead-still during a procedure, where the deck must stay low and nothing can drift.
The total lock freezes the wheel and the swivel together in one pedal, so the equipment holds dead-still while it is in use. The 1/2-13 threaded stem screws straight into the equipment leg, the low 3-inch wheel keeps the deck close to the floor, and Medcaster builds the Next Generation rig from glass-filled nylon, so it resists disinfectant without rusting and runs maintenance-free. The grey non-marking rubber tread on a polyolefin core rolls quietly over vinyl, and the precision ball bearing keeps the push light.
