About This Caster - AR50P1TPR
Use this 5-inch A-Line rigid for the back corners of a tall cart on a narrow frame, the fixed TPR caster that gives the most A-Line clearance on a compact 2-5/8 x 3-3/4 plate.
The 5-inch diameter is the tallest in the A-Line, so a rigid here clears a thick sill or threshold the smaller sizes catch on, and the small P1 plate still fits a slim rail. The fixed fork tracks the cart straight behind front swivels, the precision ball bearing rolls long runs easy, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks on a finished floor.
Ideal applications
- Back corners of tall carts on narrow frames
- Thick sills the shorter A-Line sizes catch on
- Long straight runs behind front swivels
Skip the TPR wheel if the cart loads hard or works near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron E-line caster keeps its shape where rubber flattens.
