Order this 3-1/2-inch A-Line swivel for a single-bolt test stand that must hold square once set, the hollow-kingpin TPR caster that mounts through its center and freezes both the wheel and the swivel on a total lock.

The hollow kingpin holds the caster with one 1/2-inch bolt for a fast swap, and the total lock then pins the wheel and the swivel head so a calibration or test stand stays aligned and cannot creep mid-measurement. The 3-1/2-inch diameter gives a bit more clearance than a 3-inch, the precision ball bearing turns smooth between moves, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks.
