About This Caster - AS35P1TPUTL

Put this 3.5-inch swivel under an instrument cart that bolts to a flat deck and has to sit dead-still at a bench, where the taller wheel clears thresholds and a total lock pins it down.

Pemco builds the A-Line TPU as a thermo-urethane tread over a cast iron core, so the grey wheel leaves no marks and the iron hub carries the 350-lb load class without flat-spotting. The total-lock brake pins the wheel and the swivel together, so the cart sits still at the bench and will not creep, the 2-5/8 by 3-3/4 inch top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the taller 3.5-inch wheel clears thresholds when it moves. The precision ball bearing keeps the roll easy, and the tread holds to 180°F.
