Put this 3.5-inch swivel under a budget deck cart with a wider bolt pattern in a damp area, where the larger plate spreads the mount and the POD wheel shrugs off the water.

The A-Line POD wheel from Pemco is polyolefin on a polypropylene core, a hard black tread that will not absorb water or rust, so it keeps rolling in damp work a metal-core wheel corrodes in, and it stays low on price. The larger 3-1/8 by 4-1/8 inch top plate bolts four corners to a wider bolt pattern than the standard plate, the taller 3.5-inch wheel clears wet thresholds, and the Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free. The tread holds to 180°F, and the ride is firmer than urethane.
