About This Caster - ER8X2TUM
Set this 8-inch E-line rigid on the back corners of the biggest heavy cart, the TPU polyurethane caster whose firm maroon tread carries the load without flat-spotting where a rubber wheel sets and a hard wheel scuffs the floor.
A TPR rubber wheel flattens under a heavy parked load and carries less; the Pemco TUM polyurethane tread on a polypropylene core carries the higher E-line load without setting and stays non-marking, and the 8-inch diameter rolls over expansion joints and dock plates. The roller bearing carries the load at a walk, the rigid fork holds the line, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.

- Non-marking straight tracking over dock plates
Skip the polyurethane wheel if the cart works near heat over 180°F or on oily floors; a phenolic E-line wheel takes oil and heat to 250°F and a cast iron wheel runs to 800°F where TUM softens.
