Choose this 4-inch E-line swivel for the front of an everyday non-marking cart, the TPU polyurethane caster whose firm maroon tread carries the load without setting and steers a low deck on a plain roller bore.
A rubber wheel flattens under a heavy load and a hard wheel scuffs a clean floor; the Pemco TUM polyurethane tread on a polypropylene core holds its shape under the E-line load and stays non-marking. The roller bearing carries the load at a walk for less than a sealed bore, the 4-inch diameter keeps the deck low, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.

Skip the polyurethane wheel if the cart works near heat over 180°F or on oily floors; a phenolic E-line wheel stands up to oil and heat to 250°F where TUM softens.
