The Delrin bearing has no grease to wash out and no metal race to corrode, so a 6-inch wheel that lives in a food, lab, or sanitation area keeps rolling where a packed ball bearing would seize, and the large diameter clears wet-floor drains and seams. The wide 2-inch tread spreads the load, and the soft Colson Performa rubber on a polypropylene core stays quiet and leaves no marks on a sealed wet floor.
