Choose this round-tread 8-inch Performa wheel for the heaviest cart that still has to turn in close, the tall crowned roller wheel that clears bad floor on the straight and breaks into a turn without scrubbing at the end of the run.
Eight inches of crowned tread keeps the narrow pivot contact even at the largest diameter, so a heavy haul cart can be jockeyed into a tight bay after a long push, and the roller bearing carries the most standing load and the shock of the move. The big diameter bridges expansion joints and broken concrete, and the soft Colson Performa rubber on a polypropylene core stays quiet and non-marking indoors.
