Choose this 3-1/2-inch HI-TECH polyurethane wheel when the deck height has to land between 3 and 4 inches and the cart gets no service, the in-between firm maroon tread on a quiet greaseless Delrin bore.
A precise deck height between 3 and 4 inches is hard to hit, and rubber flat-spots under load while a packed bore needs grease; the Colson HI-TECH polyurethane tread bonded to a polypropylene core carries more without setting and stays non-marking, and the Delrin bearing runs maintenance-free. The 3-1/2-inch diameter dials in the height a 3-inch and 4-inch miss.
Ideal applications
- Carts that need an in-between height and no maintenance
- In-between decks that flat-spot a rubber wheel
- Greaseless roll at the 3-1/2-inch height
Skip the polyurethane wheel if the cart works near heat over 180°F or wants a softer ride; a cast iron wheel takes the heat and a Performa rubber wheel rides softer over rough floor.
