About This Caster - PTW50223BK
Choose this 50mm Source II swivel for a small round tube leg on a light cart where the budget rules out a heavier caster.
The Source II is an all-nylon build, body and wheel both, which keeps it economical and light while the white nylon wheel shrugs off the moisture and chemicals that swell other treads and holds to 250°F near heat. The 7/16-inch grip-ring stem presses into a round leg by hand, no threading and no nut, and the plain bearing keeps the roll simple. At 50mm it tucks a light fixture or bin cart close to the floor.
Ideal applications
- Small round tube legs taking a 7/16-inch grip-ring stem
- Economical light-duty bins, fixtures, and utility carts
- Nylon wheels near heat or chemicals to 250°F
For a flat-frame mount instead of a round socket, the top-plate PTW50101BK bolts down through a plate.
