About This Caster - TFH 100 RP1G
Mount this 4-inch Revvo H Series phenolic rigid where a heavy cart faces oil, solvents, and moderate heat that would swell or soften other wheels.
The phenolic wheel is a hard molded resin built for chemical and heat exposure: it resists oils and solvents, holds up to 260°F near baking and drying lines, and rolls with low resistance under heavy load. As a rigid it tracks straight and carries serious weight while swivels up front steer, on a roller bearing for slow heavy travel. Being hard it marks floors and dislikes sharp impacts, so it suits durable floors in oily or warm process areas rather than finished surfaces. It serves from -50°F to 260°F.
Ideal applications
- Heavy carts in oily or solvent-exposed process areas
- Baking and drying lines needing heat resistance to 260F
- Low-rolling-resistance support under heavy load
