The cast iron wheel carries through temperatures up to 572°F and rolls over chips, spatter, and broken floors without damage, and the taller 5-inch diameter clears bigger obstacles than the 4-inch. Unlike the roller-bearing models, this version runs on a precision ball bearing, so it rolls with less effort when the cart is moved frequently. As a rigid it tracks straight and shoulders serious load while swivels up front steer. The metal wheel is loud and marks floors, so it belongs on durable floors near heat. It serves from -58°F to 572°F.
