The total lock brake stops the wheel and locks the swivel with one pedal so a parked cart holds its spot and will not creep or pivot. Until then the rubber tread on a nylon core cushions bumps, runs quietly, and leaves no marks, protecting delicate cargo and finished floors, and a precision ball bearing keeps the roll easy. The Sovereign line keeps it light, with a 3-1/8-inch by 4-inch plate and a 3-1/4-inch swivel radius. It carries less than a hard wheel, so match it to the load where a gentle ride leads.
