Bolt this 5-inch economy kit to a tool box that parks against a wall or bench, where a brake is a cost you can skip.

The kit is the complete set without the brake: two plain swivel casters, two rigid casters, and the mounting hardware for all four. The 5-inch wheels give mid-height clearance between the low 4-inch and the threshold-clearing 6-inch, and the wheels are hard polypropylene, the economical tread that rolls easy on a smooth floor and resists shop moisture and oils. Leaving off the brake makes it the lowest-cost 5-inch kit.
