Bolt this 6-inch economy kit to a tool box that gets pushed against a wall or bench to park, so a brake is one cost you can skip.

The kit is the complete set without the brake: two plain swivel casters, two rigid casters, and the mounting hardware for all four. The wheels are hard polypropylene, the economical tread that rolls easy on a smooth floor and resists the moisture and oils a shop sees, and at 6 inches they clear thresholds and debris. Leaving off the tread-lock brake makes it the lowest-cost kit for a box that does not need to lock in place.
