About This Caster - 110FR06201R
Specify this 6-inch ductile iron rigid for the back corners of a hot, heavy cart that rolls debris and takes hard hits, where a smaller wheel jams on scale and grey cast iron cracks on the impact.
The 6-inch diameter rolls over scale, spatter, and joints that stop a smaller wheel, and ductile iron flexes to absorb a shock that splits a brittle grey cast iron wheel while holding a hard load to 800°F. The rigid frame tracks dead straight under a tow, and Albion's 110 Series rides fully heat-treated, kingpinless raceways. The roller bearing rolls the weight at a slow, steady pace.
