About This Caster - 110FR08201SL
Choose this 8-inch ductile iron swivel for the heaviest hot cart that has to track straight down a long haul and still maneuver where the aisle tightens, where a free swivel wanders off the line under the load.
The swivel lock pins the swivel pointing straight so the caster tracks like a rigid on a long push or a grade, then releases to steer in a tight spot, giving one big wheel both behaviors. The 8-inch diameter rolls over debris with the least effort, the ductile iron wheel flexes under shock where grey cast iron cracks and holds a hard load to 800°F, and Albion's 110 Series rides fully heat-treated, kingpinless raceways. The roller bearing turns the weight at a slow pace.
