About This Caster - 120NX06201R

Set this 6-inch nylon rigid on a fixed corner of a heavy hot-washdown cart that crosses drains on a caustic or high-heat run.

At 6 inches the larger wheel rolls over floor drains and seams with the least effort on a long run, and the black nylon tread holds up to 220°F and harsh chemicals where polyurethane would soften. As a hard wheel it gives no cushioning and can be hard on a soft floor, so it suits sealed concrete. It is built on the corrosion-resistant 120 Contender stainless frame, and as a rigid caster it tracks straight on the fixed corners to steady a heavy cart. It runs on a precision ball bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate at a 7-1/2-inch mount height, and holds from -30 to 220°F.
