Set this 6-inch polyurethane rigid on a fixed corner of a heavy washdown cart that rolls long sanitary runs.

At 6 inches the larger wheel rolls over floor drains, thresholds, and seams with the least effort, which matters on a longer run, and the blue polyurethane tread stays non-marking and easy-rolling while protecting the floor. It is built on the corrosion-resistant 120 Contender stainless frame, and as a rigid caster it holds a straight line on the fixed corners to keep a heavy cart steady. It runs on a precision ball bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate at a 7-1/2-inch mount height, and holds from -40 to 180°F.
