Set this 8-inch spring-load polyurethane swivel on a steering corner of a ground-support cart that tows and maneuvers loads across rough tarmac.

The spring suspension matters most at this size and tow speed: it compresses under load to absorb the shock and vibration a faster tow drives through a swivel, while the kingpinless swivel section, welded with no kingpin to loosen, carries the heavy load and still steers freely. The maroon polyurethane tread is non-marking and tough on a lightweight aluminum hub, the larger 8-inch wheel rolls over joints with the least effort, and the yellow dichromate finish resists corrosion. It steers on a precision ball bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate at a 10-1/8-inch mount height, and holds from -40 to 180°F.
