About This Caster - 16CA05201R
Set this 5-inch 16 Series rigid on the back corners of a heat-treat or annealing cart, the cast iron caster whose wheel rolls through heat to 800°F while the taller diameter clears a thicker hot-shop seam.
Rubber gives by 180°F and phenolic chars past 250°F; the 16 Series cast iron wheel carries the highest load and rolls through radiant heat to 800°F, and the 5-inch diameter clears a thicker floor seam than a 4-inch near a furnace. The roller bearing carries the load at a walk, the rigid fork holds the line, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.
