Specify this 8-inch 16 Series swivel for the biggest oil-and-heat cart that must hold at a station, the phenolic caster whose tall hard wheel carries the load without flattening and whose face brake clamps it still near the hot process.
A soft braked wheel flat-spots where a heavy cart parks near a hot line; the 16 Series phenolic wheel is a hard resin that holds its shape and takes oil and heat to 250°F, and the face brake presses a shoe against the wheel face to hold at a station. The roller bearing carries the load at a walk, the 8-inch diameter rolls over expansion joints and broken concrete, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.
