Set this 6-inch ergonomic nylon rigid on a fixed corner of a heavier hot-area cart that operators move over rough floors all shift.

At 6 inches the larger wheel rolls over seams and obstacles with the least push effort, the heart of the 18 series, and the black nylon wheel adds the heat and chemical resistance the polyurethane version lacks, holding up to 220°F. The trade is that a hard wheel gives no cushioning and can be hard on a soft floor, so it suits sealed concrete. As a rigid caster it tracks straight on the fixed corners, and the zinc-plated frame resists corrosion. It runs on a precision ball bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate at a 7-1/2-inch mount height, and holds from -30 to 220°F.
