Set this 6-inch ergonomic rubber rigid on a fixed corner of a heavier quiet-facility cart that operators move over rough floors silently.

At 6 inches the larger wheel rolls over seams and obstacles with the least push effort, and the grey rubber makes it the quietest, gentlest option in the line: non-marking and cushioned, it rolls softly while protecting a finished floor for a hospital, lab, or office. It carries less than the polyurethane-on-aluminum version but rides softer. As a rigid caster it tracks straight on the fixed corners, and the zinc-plated frame resists corrosion. It runs on a precision ball bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate at a 7-1/2-inch mount height, and holds from -45 to 180°F.
