Set this 6-inch nylon swivel with a face brake on a heavy-duty hot-area cart corner that steers, then parks and holds.

A face brake presses a shoe against the wheel to stop it, holding a heavy cart on its spot. The black nylon wheel holds up to 220°F and harsh chemicals, and the kingpinless welded raceway takes the heavy shock without a central kingpin to fail. The trade is that a hard wheel gives no cushioning and can be hard on a soft floor, so it suits sealed concrete. It is built on the American-made 310 frame of heat-treated laser-cut steel with fully welded legs, rides on a precision ball bearing, and bolts on a 6-1/4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate.
