Set this 6-inch green polyurethane-on-iron rigid on a fixed corner of a heavy manual cart that workers push and pull under real weight.

The green polyurethane on a cast iron core pairs high capacity with a non-marking, floor-friendly tread, and the roller bearing is the difference from the precision-ball PF line: it is built to carry the heaviest manual loads where a worker pushes the cart by hand. It is built on the American-made 310 frame of heat-treated laser-cut steel with fully welded legs and no kingpin to fail, with a wide 3-inch tread. As a rigid caster it tracks straight on the fixed corners, bolts on a 6-1/4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate, and holds from -40 to 180°F.
