Set this 8-inch green polyurethane-on-iron rigid on a fixed corner of a heavy manual cart that workers push across a long run under real weight.

At 8 inches the larger wheel rolls over joints with the least hand effort, and the green polyurethane on a cast iron core pairs high capacity with a non-marking, floor-friendly tread. The roller bearing is built for the heaviest manual loads where the precision-ball PF line is tuned for smoother rolling. It is built on the American-made 310 frame of heat-treated laser-cut steel with fully welded legs and no kingpin to fail, with a wide 3-inch tread. As a rigid caster it tracks straight on the fixed corners, bolts on a 6-1/4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate, and holds from -40 to 180°F.
