A face brake presses a shoe against the wheel to stop it, holding a heavy hand-pushed cart on its spot. The green polyurethane on a cast iron core pairs high capacity with a non-marking, floor-friendly tread, the roller bearing is built for the heaviest manual loads, and at 8 inches the larger wheel clears joints while the kingpinless welded raceway takes the shock without a central kingpin to fail. It is built on the American-made 310 frame of heat-treated laser-cut steel with fully welded legs, has a wide 3-inch tread, bolts on a 6-1/4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate, and holds from -40 to 180°F.
