About This Caster - 310PY12501R

Set this 12-inch green polyurethane-on-iron rigid on a fixed corner of the heaviest manual cart in the shop, the kind that has to cross the worst floors with the least push effort.

At 12 inches, the largest in the entire 310 line, the wheel rolls over the biggest obstacles and pulls with the least hand effort on a long haul, and the green polyurethane on a cast iron core pairs high capacity with a non-marking, floor-friendly tread. The roller bearing is built for the heaviest manual loads. It is built on the American-made 310 frame of heat-treated laser-cut steel with fully welded legs and no kingpin to fail, with a wide 3-inch tread. As a rigid caster it tracks straight on the fixed corners, bolts on a 6-1/4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate, and holds from -40 to 180°F.
