About This Caster - 62NX05228R
Set this 5-inch 62 Series rigid under a high-throughput cart that gets shoved hard all shift, the high-impact polymer caster whose wheel takes the knocks and whose precision ball bearing keeps the push light.
The high-impact polymer wheel is built to take hits without chipping the way a hard nylon or phenolic wheel cracks, and it shrugs off chemicals to 220°F. What sets this caster apart is the precision ball bearing: it rolls and starts under load with far less push than a roller-bearing wheel, so a worker moves a loaded 5-inch cart with one hand. The zinc-plated rig and 6-1/4 by 4-1/2 plate bolt to a flat deck.

Skip the polymer wheel if the line runs past 220°F or the load needs a soft non-marking tread; a nylon 62NG05201R takes 250°F and a polyurethane 62PD05201R rolls non-marking.
