Set this 6-inch 62 Series rigid under a cart that rolls long runs across a finished floor, the polyurethane-on-aluminum caster whose cushioned tread marks nothing and whose aluminum core stays light and round.

Polyurethane on aluminum runs quiet, marks no floor, and grips where a hard wheel skates, while the aluminum core stays light and holds its shape under a parked load. The 6-inch rigid clears small debris, the roller bearing carries the weight at a walk, and the 6-1/4 by 4-1/2 plate bolts down flat on a 7-1/2 inch mount height. The green tread tops out at 180°F before it begins to soften.

Ideal applications

• Long runs across a finished floor on a 6-inch wheel
• Non-marking tread clearing small debris quiet
• Light round aluminum core under continuous load

Not for heat above 180°F; the tread softens and drags, so a nylon 62NG06201R carries the load inert to 250°F.
