Set this 6-inch 62 Series rigid on the back corners of a heavy cart near oil and heat, the phenolic caster whose hard wide tread carries the load without flattening where a soft wheel sets and softens in shop fluids.
A rubber or poly wheel flat-spots under a heavy standing load and swells where it meets cutting oil; the 62 Series phenolic wheel is a hard resin that carries a high load without setting and takes oil and heat to 250°F, and the wide 2-1/2-inch tread spreads the load across more resin. The roller bearing carries the dead weight at a walk, the 6-inch diameter clears a thick seam, and the 6-1/4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. Industrial-duty.

Skip the phenolic wheel if the floor runs near 800°F or the cart needs a quiet non-marking tread; a cast iron 62 Series wheel takes the heat and a polyurethane 62AX06228R rolls non-marking.
