About This Caster - B-GEV 160K-TML-SG
Build this 160mm rigid into a towed train or platform truck that needs a holding brake on the rigid corner and a lever on the left side of the frame.
The drum brake is a dead-man's brake: it acts on a drum at the wheel to hold the cart, and this TML version carries the lever on the left so it lines up with the operator's reach on that side. The tread is Blickle EasyRoll elastic solid rubber on a cast iron centre, grey and non-marking, which carries more than a nylon-centre wheel and rolls quiet from -4 to 176°F. The rigid frame tracks straight under a tow, the ball bearing keeps the roll light, and it mounts on a 140 by 110mm plate.

- Rigid corners on platform trucks that park on a grade
- Cast-iron-centre rubber carrying a heavy, quiet, non-marking load
