Mount this wide 40mm guide roller along a conveyor side guide or guard where a broad face spreads the contact.
A guide roller spins against a rail or passing load to take sideways contact and steer it along, sparing a fixed bumper the scraping and wear. This one has a wide 20mm face, the widest here, which spreads the side load over more contact area so it suits a conveyor edge or a guard that catches a moving pallet. The nylon 6 tread is hard at hardness 70 Shore D, with very low rolling resistance and high abrasion resistance, turning freely on its ball bearing. It mounts on a stud through a 9mm bore and holds from -4 to 176°F.

- Free-spinning ball-bearing roller along a moving-pallet guard
For a smaller, narrower roller in a tight channel, the 30mm FPO 30x8/6-6K fits closer.
