Mount this 50mm guide roller along a rail or edge that needs more clearance and an abrasion-resistant contact face.
A guide roller turns against a rail or passing load to take sideways contact and guide it along, doing the job a fixed bumper does without the scraping wear. As the largest diameter here at 50mm, it stands further off its mount and gives more clearance along a guide rail or dock edge. The nylon 6 tread is hard at hardness 70 Shore D, with very low rolling resistance and high abrasion resistance, spinning freely on a ball bearing through repeated contact. It mounts on a stud through a 10mm bore and holds from -4 to 176°F.
Ideal applications
- 50mm nylon guide roller along a rail or dock edge
- 15mm face on a 10mm stud giving more mount clearance
- Free-spinning ball-bearing roller resisting repeated abrasion
For a wider contact face on a smaller diameter, the 40mm FPO 40x20/10-9K spreads the load.
