About This Wheel - PATH 125/10KF-ELS
Specify this 125mm conductive wheel for a heavier electronics or cleanroom cart on a 10mm axle that needs the bigger diameter and static control together.
The ELS grade makes the polyurethane and wheel electrically conductive, so a charge built up rolling drains through the wheel to a grounded floor rather than arcing into a board, and at 125mm it does that under a heavier deck than the 100mm conductive wheel can. It rides on a 10mm precision ball bearing for a light push with a synthetic thread guard on the race. The tread is Blickle's thermoplastic polyurethane at 94 Shore A on a nylon 6 centre, non-marking grey from -4 to 158°F.
Ideal applications
- 125mm ESD carts on a 10mm axle carrying a heavier deck
- Conductive 10mm-bore wheel bleeding a rolling charge to ground
- Cleanroom and electronics racks needing the larger wheel
For a standard non-conductive version of this 10mm wheel, the PATH 125/10KF costs less.
Pairs with: a grounded conductive caster fork and a 10mm axle in an ESD-controlled area.
