About This Wheel - POTH 125/12G
Order this 125mm wheel when a cart rides a 12mm axle rather than the more common 15mm and is moved occasionally.
The 12mm bore fits a lighter spindle than the 15mm version, so match it to the axle before ordering. The 125mm diameter rolls over big seams a smaller wheel drops into, and the tread is Blickle's thermoplastic polyurethane at 94 Shore A on a nylon 6 centre, firm and low in rolling resistance so a loaded cart pushes light, non-marking grey and holding from -13 to 158°F. The plain bore runs economically for occasional duty, and the firm tread will not flat-spot under a parked load the way a softer wheel takes a set.
Ideal applications
- 125mm wheels on a 12mm axle, occasional duty
- Plain-bore economy on a lighter 12mm spindle
- Wide firm tread rolling big seams with low push effort
On a 15mm axle, the POTH 125/15G fits the heavier spindle.
