About This Wheel - SPO 125/15G
Fit this 125mm nylon wheel under an assembly or line-side cart that rolls on a smooth floor and needs a hard, hard-wearing tread.
The wheel is solid nylon 6 at hardness 70 Shore D, hard and impact resistant, rolling with low resistance and standing up to water, oils, and chemicals. Being hard it carries its load without flattening but offers no cushioning, so expect more noise than rubber and keep it to smooth concrete rather than rough or sensitive floors. It rides on a plain bore for economical, lighter-duty use and takes a 15mm axle, the thinner of the two 125mm bore options. At 125mm by 40mm it clears thresholds easily, and it holds from -13 to 176°F.
Ideal applications
- 125mm plain-bore nylon wheel under an assembly cart
- 40mm hard tread on a 15mm axle for a line-side cart
- Oil-resistant nylon wheel rolling over smooth-floor thresholds
For a thicker 20mm axle on the same wheel, the SPO 125/20G fits a heavier shaft.
Pairs with: a matching swivel or rigid bracket sized to the 15mm axle bore.
