About This Caster - 2.02267.441 BRK1 MTG41
Specify this 2.5-inch Performa rubber swivel with the Delrin bearing, top lock brake, and expanding adapter stem for a round-tube rack whose leg ID has gone slightly out of round, the compression mount that takes up the slack and the soft Grey tread that keeps the roll quiet.
The expanding adapter stem grips the tube ID by squeezing a sleeve outward as the nut tightens, so it takes up a worn or loose tube where a slip-fit stem would rattle, the Performa rubber tread absorbs the shock of a rolling rack, the Delrin bearing turns dry and corrosion-free, and the top lock brake parks the rack at a stop. Confirm the tube ID fits this adapter before you order. It is the braked grip-stem swivel for a round-tube rack with a loose leg.
