Specify this 2.5-inch Performa rubber swivel with the Delrin bearing and expanding adapter stem for the free-rolling corners of a round-tube rack whose leg ID runs a touch loose, the compression sleeve that takes up the slack and the soft Grey tread that keeps the roll quiet.
The expanding adapter stem squeezes a sleeve outward against the tube wall, so it seats firm in a worn or loose tube where a slip-fit stem would rattle, the Performa rubber tread absorbs the shock of a rolling rack, and the Delrin bearing turns dry and corrosion-free. With no brake it swivels and rolls freely, the right pick for the corners that only steer. Confirm the tube ID fits this adapter before you order. It is the plain grip-stem swivel for a round-tube rack with a loose leg.
