About This Caster - 2.02267.441 MTG40
Drop this 2.5-inch Performa rubber swivel with the Delrin bearing and expanding adapter stem into the open round tube leg of a utility cart that needs to roll and steer freely, the no-weld mount that grips from inside the tube and the soft Grey tread that runs quiet over a finished floor.
The expanding adapter stem clamps the tube ID from the inside as the nut draws up, so the caster mounts with no weld and no drilled plate, the Performa rubber tread cushions the load and leaves no mark, and the Delrin bearing rolls dry with nothing to grease. With no brake it turns and swivels freely, which is what you want on the rolling corners of a cart. Confirm the tube ID fits this adapter before you order. It is the no-weld plain grip-stem swivel for a tube-leg utility cart.
