Choose this 3-inch polyurethane swivel with the plain bearing and expanding adapter stem for a heavier round-tube cart with no flat face to bolt, the tough HI-TECH Maroon tread that carries the load and the MTG45 sleeve that grips the open tube from inside.
When a frame ends in open round tube there is nowhere to land a top plate, so the expanding stem does the whole job from inside the bore, the HI-TECH polyurethane tread carries more than rubber without flat-spotting, the 3-inch wheel keeps the deck low, and the plain bore suits slow or occasional moves. Confirm the MTG45 sleeve matches your tube ID before you order. It is the no-weld tough round-tube polyurethane swivel for a heavier tube-frame cart.
